Chef’s knife in Colaba is definitely the heaven for non-veg lovers, located just about 2.6 km from the Churchgate Station.

The fine dining has maroon and blue textured fabric and wallpaper with wooden furnishing. It has a beautiful chandelier and above all the hospitality is outstanding, the staff is always smiling and very warm.

The perfectly balanced chat having Potatoes and Chippy, the chat has Tamarind and Tomato sauce for the tanginess, yoghurt for the sweetness and green chutney for the spiciness. Best chat for sure, this is one dish you should order without a second thought.

Tender pieces of chicken marination use white sesame, brown onion paste and yoghurt. Serve on a sizzler plate after been cook on a clay oven. Making the salad great to have along with the tikkas. Highly recommend.

For the mains, we had Murg Sunehari with Butter Naan and Pudina Paratha:

Murg Sunehari is a famous dish from Dubai, its creamy and cheesy yet not sweet, making it a great choice to order. The gravy is thick, smooth and delicious. It tastes good with both Pudina paratha (soft and flavorful) and butter naan. Which is perfectly done.

Sizzling Brownie with ice cream

We concluded our dinner by ordering Sizzling Brownie with ice cream:

The brownie is full of Cashwenut top with Vanilla ice cream. The brownie was a little tough but over-all it tastes well.
