Chaubara has many connotations like a place that has 4 doors or aangan, a place where people would chill in the evening. Chaubara gives you almost all these, a place to chill, relax, eat and repeat.

Drinks:
After settling, we were served with a welcome drink. A mixture of Daniya Jeera with a hint of lemon, it was quite refreshing. Along with Suran Chat, the chips are spicy and chatpata.
Red Guava Pomegranate:
The mocktail has a base of pomegranate juice, topped with guava juice, and garnished with mint and pomegranate fruit. It’s sweet, spicy and refreshing.
Masahari Platter: Mahi Shami :
Which is Basa fish marinate in Indian spices and cook in tandoor. Jhinga Tandoori: Tiger Prawns are tandoor cook perfect with each bite; as there is a burst of flavors. Kakori Kebab, perfectly mince mutton is cook in Indian spices. The platter was over-all flavorful and delicious.
For main course we tried, Murgh Korma and Mahi Tikka Masala:
Both the dishes were boneless, not sweet, medium-thick gravy and goes well with their Roti platter, which consists of Lal Mircha Kulchiyan, Laccha de Parantha, Lacche de Naan and Pyaz Kulchiyan, each of the roti’s are soft, hot and perfectly made.
Desserts
For dessert, we tried, Rabdi. It’s load with slice dry fruits and totally delicious. Though it lacks dense texture, yet a must-try. Sheer Biranj, like a Karanjee but stuff with Rabdi. Which when slice oozes the Rabdi out, totally on point, again a must-try. Sunehre Papite ka Halwa: The halwa is of shredded Papaya, different and unique.
Every weekend they have live music by Tamal Pandey, the upcoming music sensation, who sings and plays best of the bollywood songs while playing the guitar.
