As the leaves are becoming more and more of a luxury. We are trying to make the most of the weekend offs that we get. Further, using this time effectively to soak in the sun, relax, rejuvenate, and be close to nature. With the same thought, we planned for a Bungalow Staycation in Lonavla – Manasi Bungalow in Lonavla. This is just about 2 hours drive away, about 85 km from Mumbai city.

The Bungalow welcomes you to a place so pristine and beautiful. That you want to be amidst nature, pause, and enjoy a short break from the hectic life.

Built on half an acre, with greenery all around. The bungalow is surrounded by a lawn, where you can spend hours sitting, playing cards; having sheesha or just talking with each other.

The bungalow consist of 3 rooms. Firstly, It starts with a dormitory, having a divan set on either of the sides. Secondly, it has a pair of Bolsters on each of the set. That are nice corner to relax. thirdly, It has ancient and antique décor. Lastly, it has 2 huge mirrors placed like a frame. In addition to a TV set and music system just to hit the right cord. A soothing place just to be at!

Ahead of the dormitory is the Varanda which has a small table for 4. As a result, one can have the morning and evening snacks facing everything green. Further, there are nice park benches to lie and introspect oneself.

Next to the living room, are the spacious two bedrooms next to each other. Futhermore, both having a King size bed. A full size cupboard, clean and nicely maintained wash basin. In addition to it there are 2-3 charging points in one room and a decent sized clean washroom.

Bungalow Staycation in Lonavla has tall ceilings; the kind that we rarely see nowadays. The place gives you a very homely and comfy feeling. There is a caretaker called Sujata, who is very sweet and is available to make tea and snacks as required.
