About Beach View Restaurant in Juhu
The ambiance is subtle, welcoming, futuristic, with wooden dominance, making it quite comfortable and warm, with the pristine view of the beach. Chef Rohan D’Souza, Chefs Aniket Kadam and Makarand Samant have brought the modern Australian cuisine with infused European and Asian flavors, giving us flavors and taste we would like and love. So welcome yourself to the sumptuous journey.
We started with Amuse bouche:
The palate cleanser to better enjoy the taste and flavours which are in store.
Next, we had Lychee Mojito:
The perfect blend of lime, lychee and mint, quite invigorating and refreshing.
Melon Twist:
The thick, creamy based watermelon mocktail is greatly paired with the food, it’s smooth and tasty.
Pistachio Crusted Lebanese Lamb Koftas:
The perfectly minced lamb koftas are little crunchy on the outside, topped with elder-flower Yogurt dressing. Try for its balanced taste and flavors.
Thai Salmon Fishcake:
The freshly done Salmon fishcake is topped with poached Salmon Salad, with a lemon slice, and in the center, you have got Tomato Chowder, perfect for Salmon lovers.
Grilled Green Harrisa Chicken Skewers:
The skewer has chunks of Avocado, Tomato and tender chicken done in Carrot tzatziki Greek white bean skordalia and miso melitzanosalata, served with Broccoli.
For main course, we tried the Australian specialty Kangaroo meat:
Grilled Kangaroo (the meat is little sweet and tough as compared to a lamb) fillet with grilled baby spinach Café de Paris sauce on warm mustard baby potato salad. Try for its rare and unique taste.
John Dory:
The base of the dish is made up of Jalapeno crab cream sauce, topped with baby potatoes & Kangkong greens, further topped with John Dory (also known as St Peter’s fish) is the pan flashed ace fish, garnished with a lemon.
Last but not the least, the end of the meal, I tried Belgian Chocolate Fondant:
On the side we have delicious Home-made Peanut butter ice cream with chilly caramel crackle. In the centre we have toffee sauce topped with Chocolate fondant and on the side there is some sprinkled Himalayan Salt. Definitely a must try.
